Do I need to be home?
Many clients provide entry instructions. If you prefer to be present for the first visit, we’ll schedule accordingly.
What about pets?
Tell us about shy animals or escape risks. We use door protocols and can avoid rooms if needed.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes—HEPA vacuums on request, fragrance-free products, and color-coded cloths. You can also leave preferred products on the counter.
How do I reschedule?
Email or call at least 48 hours ahead when possible. Same-week changes depend on route availability.
